At She Means Leadership™, we exist to activate and equip a global community of women who are called to lead with wisdom, clarity, and kingdom strategy.

Additionally, we run **Mil Sonrisas (Thousand Smiles)**, a special initiative focused on children. Through this program, we provide nourishment, clothing, and evangelism to children and their mothers in impoverished areas. For seven years, we have served 850 children in Barranquilla, Colombia, and Valle de la Pascua, Venezuela, sharing the gospel and bringing joy and hope to those who need it most.
